POP MART in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to guide the store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example on the sales floor, drive daily operations, coach associates, and ensure POP MART brand storytelling shines with every guest interaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, KPI achievement, inventory control, and visual merchandising, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, pop culture retail environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership/supervisory preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret business metrics and use data to improve store performance.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals.
• Engage customers by sharing POP MART artist stories, characters, and collaborations.
• Foster an energetic, inclusive store environment.
• Help achieve store sales goals and KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV).
• Promote product categories and exclusive collections through knowledgeable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and communicate needs to leadership.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually compelling store environment.
• Process POS transactions, returns, exchanges, and other POS activities.
• Support shipment processing, replenishment, stockroom organization, and cycle counts.
• Protect company assets by following cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Apply POP MART visual standards and planograms for product launches.
• Install fixtures, marketing materials, and planograms.
• Refresh merchandising based on inventory levels and sell-through.
• Support inventory audits and back-of-house organization.
• Partner with leadership to maintain inventory accuracy.
