POP MART Americas Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Lead in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will lead the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily store operations and inventory processes.

As Leader on Duty, you’ll drive sales, coach staff, and promote exclusive collections. The role requires 1+ years in retail with strong communication and organizational skills. On-site position with evening/weekend shifts and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of store leadership and drive daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve goals.
• Share POP MART stories to build relationships with customers.
• Drive sales, KPIs, and promote key product categories and exclusive collections.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and back-of-house processes.
