Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach staff.
• Drive sales goals and monitor KPIs like conversion and ATV.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, returns, and safety procedures.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and stock replenishment.
