Job summary

POP MART in Camarillo, CA is hiring a Retail Sales Lead to guide daily store operations and deliver a premier customer experience. You will lead the team on duty, coach associates, and help bring POP MART’s exciting IP concepts to life on the sales floor.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year retail experience with leadership or supervisory exposure, excellent communication, and a passion for designer toys, collectibles, and pop culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, or pop culture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret business metrics and improve store performance.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to meet goals.
• Drive sales performance and KPI achievement.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and store operations.
• Maintain stockroom organization and visual standards.
• Engage with customers about POP MART products and IPs.
