POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Brea, CA to guide daily store operations and drive sales performance. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, coach associates, manage inventory, and support events and merchandising from opening to close.

A passion for pop culture and strong communication skills are essential. As Leader on Duty, you’ll focus on delivering premium customer experiences, meeting KPIs, and fostering an inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on brand experience.
• Ability to interpret basic store metrics and support improvements.
