POP MART in Riverside, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to guide daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will serve as Leader on Duty when managers are away, coach sales associates, and help launch new products while maintaining POP MART's energetic brand presence.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience with leadership aptitude, strong communication, and an eye for visual merchandising.

Qualifications

1+ years of retail experience; leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
Build meaningful relationships with customers by sharing POP MART’s stories, artists, and exclusive collaborations.
Foster an energetic, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and team members.
