Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to achieve store goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling store environment.
• Support inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, and POS transactions.
