Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Brea, CA. You will lead a team on the sales floor, coach associates, and drive store performance while delivering POP MART's premium customer experience.

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Help achieve and exceed store sales goals and KPIs, including conversion and ATV.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Support inventory processes, replenishment, and back-of-house organization.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, support events and promotions, and engage with the POP MART community.
