Job summary

POP MART is hiring a Retail Sales Lead in Costa Mesa, CA. You will lead the sales floor, drive staffing quality, and ensure a premium customer experience while supporting daily store operations. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on coaching staff and representing POP MART during product launches.

The position emphasizes leadership, accuracy in merchandising, and delivering engaging customer interactions with POP MART’s art toys and exclusive collections.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Able to interpret business metrics and use data to improve store performance.
• Comfortable with fast-paced retail environments and basic computer literacy (POS).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of store leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART's artists, characters, and exclusive collections.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, assist with floor merchandising, and support new product launches.
