Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, directing daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to meet store goals and KPIs.
• Manage inventory, stockroom organization, and assist with visual merchandising and product launches.
