Qualifications

• At least 1 year in retail with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to hit KPIs.
• Stock, merchandising and POS transaction handling.
• Provide excellent customer experiences on the sales floor.
