Job summary

POP MART, a global leader in trend culture and entertainment, seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Camarillo to drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience on the floor.

You will oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and performance metrics, while serving as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable. A passion for designer toys and pop culture is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business metrics and implement action plans that drive results.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Comfortable working independently while making sound business decisions.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Drive sales goals, KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and embody POP MART's brand.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Manage scheduling, task planning, and inventory replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and support store leadership for events and openings.
