Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership preferred.

• Ability to interpret business metrics and improve store performance.
• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, driving daily operations and sales.
• Coach sales associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Support visual merchandising, inventory, and POS activities.
• Assist with events, pop-up activations, conventions, and new store openings.
