Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create exceptional customer experiences across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada.

You will lead on-the-floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present, while embodying Warby Parker's values. You should bring retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovative approaches to the glasses-shopping experience and store

• 6+ months in a management role in retail.
