Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in Riverside, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to drive daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will act as Leader on Duty, coach associates, and ensure inventory, merchandising, and brand standards are maintained for a premium POP MART experience. The role offers opportunities to lead, train, and grow within POP MART's North America business, with hourly compensation of $18.50 and a focus on team performance and guest

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, or pop culture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to interpret business metrics and use data to improve store performance.
• Adaptability to changing priorities.
• POS proficiency.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART stories and campaigns.
• Foster an energetic, inclusive environment for customers and team members.
• Achieve store sales goals and KPIs, promote product categories and exclusive collections.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and communicate needs to leadership.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain store standards.
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and other POS activities.
• Support shipment processing, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
