Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with previous leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and a customer-first culture.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve store performance goals.
• Drive sales performance by promoting products, collecting feedback, and interpreting business metrics.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and visually compelling store environment.
• Support inventory, shipments, replenishment, and planograms to ensure product availability.
