Job summary

POP MART in Riverside, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Lead to inspire the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. You will serve as Leader on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable, driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring a premium shopping experience for every customer.

As a brand ambassador, you will manage visual merchandising, inventory, and POS transactions while supporting product launches and events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, or pop culture.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret business metrics and drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and coach associates.
• Help achieve store sales goals and monitor KPIs like conversion and ATV.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, safe store.
• Implement POP MART visual standards, planograms, and inventory replenishment.
• Represent the brand and support events, activations, and store openings.
