Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven success in sales performance and team development.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ employees, coaching leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and retain a high-performing store team.
• Drive store sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and ops execution.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and stockroom organization.
