Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Riverside, CA to inspire the team and deliver the premium experience our collectors expect. You will act as Leader on Duty, coach associates, manage store operations, and drive sales performance while showcasing POP MART's stories behind our products.

You'll mentor staff, handle inventory, visual merchandising, and participate in product launches and events, all within a fast-paced, brand-focused environment that values inclusion and excellent customer

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and leadership or supervisory exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Attentive to store operations, inventory, and merchandising details.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive store sales, monitor KPIs, and coach sales associates.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and POS transactions.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and back‑of‑house organization.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and product launches.
