POP MART is hiring a Retail Sales Lead for our Sacramento, CA location. You will guide daily store operations, coach a team of sales associates, and deliver a premium customer experience aligned with POP MART's brand.

As Leader on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable, you will manage opening/closing, merchandising, inventory, and events while staying focused on guest satisfaction and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Passion for exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, or pop culture is valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART stories and products.
• Balance visual merchandising, inventory, and store operations to maintain a premium environment.
