Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Riverside, CA to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and maintain POP MART’s premium brand standard across all customer touchpoints.

You will also oversee inventory, merchandising, and store compliance while supporting events, launches, and community activities for collectors and first-time visitors alike.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail leadership experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and uphold POP MART’s premium brand standards
Analyze sales metrics and implement action plans to improve store performance
Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and safety
Execute visual merchandising standards, planograms, and seasonal displays
Support in-store events, product launches, and community engagement
