Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Riverside, CA to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, oversee daily operations, and ensure POP MART's brand standards are reflected in merchandising and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by leading from the floor and setting engagement standards.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity).
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising standards, planograms, and seasonal displays; adjust merchandising based on inventory and trends.
• Build excitement within the local collector community and support store events and launches.
