Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to guide daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role includes leading the sales floor, coaching associates, and driving performance while representing POP MART’s brand across all customer interactions. You will serve as Leader on Duty when managers are unavailable, mentor staff, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and ensure a premium in-store experience for collectors and visitors

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as the Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
