POP MART is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Lead for Desert Hills Premium in Cabazon, CA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading a sales team on shift, and supporting daily store operations including stock, POS, and merchandising.

You’ll drive sales performance, coach associates, and ensure the store meets KPIs while representing the POP MART brand at events and new product launches. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, with leadership exposure preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze store metrics and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to achieve goals and KPIs.
• Open and close procedures; ensure store operates smoothly.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and merchandising to drive sell-through.
