POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to guide daily store operations and elevate the customer experience. You will lead the team on the floor, coach associates, and drive sales performance while ensuring brand standards are upheld.

You will play a key role in visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and partner with leadership to deliver premium experiences for collectors and fans of POP MART products.
