Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Cabazon, CA to lead a high-volume store and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will own sales performance, talent development, visual merchandising, and daily operations to uphold POP MART’s premium brand.

You will recruit and coach a strong team, optimize schedules and inventory, and execute marketing campaigns, store visuals, and events while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders and teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, drive sales, payroll, expenses and profitability.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and loss prevention.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing store team.
• Inspire a customer-first culture and promote POP MART's brand and products.
• Oversee visual merchandising, floor sets, promotions and product launches.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for store openings and events.
