Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Cabazon, CA location. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all store operations.

You will oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and business performance while serving as Manager on Duty when needed. This role reports to the Store Manager and supports POP MART’s North America expansion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and implement action plans that drive results.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the sales floor and uphold POP MART brand standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to hit sales goals and KPIs, and translate results into action plans.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash, safety and compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising and inventory plans, maintain cycle counts and stockroom organization.
• Support in-store events, product launches, and community engagement.
