Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead at Kings Plaza Mall to lead the sales floor, coach associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily store operations.

As Leader on Duty, you’ll drive sales performance, manage inventory and merchandising, and partner with store leadership to meet KPIs and ensure a premium POP MART experience for every guest. Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and lead by example.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable interpreting business metrics to improve store performance.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS activities.
• Support inventory management, replenishment, and back-of-house organization.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and planograms for new product launches.
