Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to help create exceptional customer experiences across our U.S. and Canada stores. You will lead floor selling, open/close shifts, and support front-of-house operations while promoting Warby Parker’s story and mission on the shop floor.

You will bring 6+ months in a supervisory role, stellar communication, and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset to continuously improve the shopping experience for customers and teammates alike.

• Retail experience at a customer-focused company
• Minimum 6+ months in a management position
