Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create amazing experiences for customers across our retail locations. You will lead on the sales floor, manage front-of-house operations, and support process improvements with a focus on brand values.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in a management role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor and front-of-house operations in the store
