The Paper Store, Inc. is seeking a full-time Key Holder to lead our sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment in New Jersey. You will model our GUEST service approach, coach associates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while supporting opening and closing procedures.

You will greet customers, build loyalty, and help drive sales with effective product knowledge and teamwork. Prior retail leadership and the ability to lift items as needed are preferred.
