The Paper Store in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Key Holder to deliver world class service and meet sales goals within a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, explain product benefits, and drive sales while upholding TPS standards.

You will lead the sales floor, coach team members, and assist with opening and closing duties. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in specialty retail.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver world-class service.
• Coach and develop associates to improve sales and service metrics.
• Open/close the store and supervise the sales floor.
