Job summary

The Paper Store in Florida is seeking a Key Holder to lead the sales floor and deliver world-class service. You will report to the Store Team Leader and collaborate with management to meet sales goals while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, processing returns, maintaining visual standards, and assisting with opening/closing procedures. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and leadership in specialty retail is preferred.
• Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in using POS systems and MS Office.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits in relation to customers’ needs.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales using effective selling techniques.
• Process customer returns and exchanges.
• Supervise the sales floor and participate in opening/closing procedures.
• Provide coaching to team to improve sales and service.
• Maintain store merchandising and visual standards.
