The Paper Store in Pompton Lakes, NJ is seeking a part-time Key Holder to deliver world-class customer service, meet sales goals, and maintain merchandise standards. As a Key Holder, you will report to the Store Team Leader and oversee store operations, coaching the team for exceptional service.

You should have retail leadership experience, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and leadership work in specialty retail is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task while attending to customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the GUEST service approach and delivering world class service.
• Greet and welcome customers; understand needs and explain product features.
• Process returns/exchanges and supervise the sales floor.
• Open/close the store and perform management functions as required.
• Coach associates daily to improve sales and service.
