Job summary

The Paper Store is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Eatontown, NJ to deliver world class service using the GUEST approach. You will drive sales, coach associates, and maintain merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding needs, explaining product benefits, suggesting add-ons, and handling returns while ensuring the store opens and closes smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and leadership work in specialty retail is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and mobilize up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer warmly.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales.
• Thank customers and invite them to return.
• Coach associates and maintain service standards.
• Open/close the store and supervise the sales floor.
• Process returns and exchanges and ensure store cleanliness.
