Job summary

LOFT in Louisville seeks a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager, become a store expert, and step in as manager when needed.

This role focuses on developing a highly engaged team, maintaining brand standards, and driving omnichannel shopping. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
