Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1689-Paddock Shops-ANN-Louisville, KY. You will model excellent customer experiences, guide associates, and partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and a strong team culture.

This role emphasizes coaching, brand standards, and a seamless omnichannel experience. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected to support store goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in coaching and developing associates (preferred).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Support onboarding and development of an effective, highly engaged team.
• Model brand standards and store operations for the team.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.
• Drive omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
