LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to champion personalized customer experiences and support associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as manager when needed.

Responsibilities include onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, maintaining visual and operational standards, and driving a seamless omnichannel experience with available tools.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize assignments.
