You’ll collaborate with leadership, coach associates, and uphold standards while remaining flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred with leadership exposure.
• Ability to onboard and develop a highly engaged team.
• Proficiency with POS systems and store tools.
• Strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards focused on customers.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
• Stay informed on priorities and promotions; enable seamless omnichannel shopping.
• Step into the role of manager when needed.
