Job summary

KnitWell Group in Florida is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model superior service. You will drive brand standards, inspire a welcoming, customer-centered environment, and help translate fashion into memorable shopping experiences.

In this role you’ll open and close the store, coach associates, manage scheduling, merchandise replenishment, and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni‑channel approach.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
