Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, owns iconic brands including LOFT, Ann Taylor, Chico's, Lane Bryant, Soma, Talbots and more. The Sales Lead role is based in Moosic, PA, part-time, and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting and inspiring the store team.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager, contribute to brand standards, and help drive profitable sales while stepping in for management when required. Flexible availability is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and support associates.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized customer experiences and guides customers.
• Coaches and supports store associates to achieve goals.
• Collaborates with Store Manager to become an expert on store operations.
• Seamlessly steps into the role of manager when needed.
