Job summary

Ann Taylor, part of KnitWell Group, seeks a Sales Lead who champions exceptional customer experiences and guides and coaches associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to run daily store functions and be ready to step in as acting manager when needed.

You will model brand-appropriate service, support onboarding, maintain high visual standards, use tools to drive a profitable team, and provide real-time feedback to help each associate excel in customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run store functions and step in as acting manager when needed.
• Be a brand representative and model personalized customer service behaviors.
• Assist with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards and drive a profitable business.
