Job summary

KnitWell Group seeks a Sales Lead for our Jacksonville, FL store to partner with leadership, guide teams, and deliver a welcoming, customer-centered experience that reflects our culture of hospitality. You will drive brand standards on the sales floor, coach staff, and support omni-channel initiatives while ensuring smooth daily operations and strong team morale.

Qualifications

• Passion for brand and empowering confidence.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
