Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead who will support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding associates. You will work closely with the Store Manager to master store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

This role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and delivering a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions.
• Step in as manager when needed.
• Provide guidance and coaching to associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards with focus on customer.
