• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in absence of Store Manager.
• Coach and support Sales Associates toward goals.

• Maintain a clean, organized store and protect assets.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and POS transactions.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and back-of-house organization.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and product launches.
• Participate in in-store events and brand initiatives.
