POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and daily store operations. You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure a premium POP MART brand experience.

You will act as Leader on Duty in the absence of store management, guiding the team to meet sales goals, maintain visual standards, and uphold store policies, while prioritizing customer engagement and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Ability to motivate others while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty, ensuring smooth daily operations when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support POS transactions, returns, and exchanges.
