Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure selling behaviors, brand standards and operational excellence.
• Coach team on customer experience and selling techniques to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout to ensure smooth transactions and customer support.
• Promote loyalty program and protection plan sales to drive retention and add-on services.
• Support omni-channel fulfillment including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
