Lowe’s is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and stocked store. The role involves coaching associates, managing tasks, and ensuring broad department coverage to meet sales and service goals.

You will engage in customer-facing activities, support merchandising decisions, and monitor safety practices, with opportunities to travel for meetings or trainings as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment OR 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• 1 year of experience supporting the needs of Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility).
• Experience supporting or participating in training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross‑functionally.
• Experience Using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver the best possible customer experience in the store.
• Coach and train associates, delegate tasks, follow up on daily tasks and manage performance.
• Ensure adequate department coverage and conduct customer-facing activities.
• Coordinate non-customer facing activities such as down stocking, inventory management and area recovery.
• Collaborate with leaders to communicate best practices and drive sales objectives; supervise other departments as needed.
