Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is hiring for a Sales Floor Department Supervisor. You will lead and empower a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced home improvement environment, coordinating daily tasks, training, and performance management.

You will engage with customers, coordinate merchandising decisions, ensure area safety, and occasionally open/close the store or act as MOD. Pro customer support and cross-functional collaboration are valued.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years retail experience or 5 years retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers for Pro Department Supervisor role.
• Experience directing or supervising teams (with or without direct reports).
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally and using Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver best customer experience.
• Coach and train associates; delegate tasks and monitor daily performance.
• Oversee customer facing activities: greet customers, identify solutions, close sales.
• Handle non-customer facing duties: down stocking, inventory recovery, merchandising input.
• Ensure store safety, conduct safety walks, and communicate hazards.
