Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and accountability for store conditions and results.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to boost conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and transactions.
• Manage in-store programs such as Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and in-store events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards enrollment to drive retention.
• Assist protection plan offerings and Extend services.
• Drive omni-channel fulfillment, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
